Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using your verified contact information* or a confirmed account at or eduID. When you decide to reset your password you will need to activate your account again and then set a new password.
* Verified contact information means that you have previously entered contact information, i. e. your mobile number and your email address. You verify them via the Verify contact information function under User on the Start page.
If you choose to verify your identity via or eduID, click the service you wish to use for verification and follow the instructions of the relevant service.
